2. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hosting provider). Personal data collected on this website may be stored on the hosting provider’s servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, metadata and communications data, website access logs, and other data generated through a website.
The hosting provider is used for contract fulfillment with our prospective and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of providing our online offering securely, quickly, and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Access data and server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes, in particular:

- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing device
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on the server. No connection to external font provider servers, in particular Google, is established for loading fonts.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone, or other communication channels, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to contract performance or required for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us).
6. Communication via WhatsApp
WhatsApp may be used for communication. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
When using WhatsApp, communication content, metadata, and contact data may be processed. Where personal data is transferred to third countries, in particular the United States, such transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, provided the relevant recipient is appropriately certified.
7. Scheduling via Calendly
Calendly may be used for appointment scheduling. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.
If you book an appointment via Calendly, the data you enter, in particular your name, email address, preferred time, and any additional voluntary information, will be processed for the purpose of scheduling the appointment.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient appointment organization).
Where personal data is transferred to the United States, such transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, provided the relevant recipient is appropriately certified.
8. Social media links (LinkedIn, Instagram)
This website contains links to external social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). Clicking such a link will take you directly to the respective platform. We have no influence on how these providers process data. Please review the privacy notices of the respective providers.
9. Cookies / tracking
This website currently does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Technical data (e.g., server log files) may still be processed independently (see section 3).
